Open Arts & Music Festival
The Open Arts & Music Festival is a free and family-friendly annual celebration in the heart of Downtown Glendale presented by Glendale Arts and the Downtown Glendale Association.
OAM is produced by Jess Castillo and in collaboration with artists, performers, community leaders, local businesses, and organizations. Launched and favorably received in 2016, the festival is now entering its third year and has attracted upwards of 7,500 guests including Senator Anthony J. Portantino and attracted high-profile supporters including KCET, Capital One, City of Glendale, LA Weekly, Yelp, and Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger.
